Generally, we retain the production data of our test jigs for a period of five years. We also provide complete after-sales service for unexpected problems.
We implement emergency measures and replace damaged parts according to the situation, such as jig breakage (pin board breakage) due to unexpected problems.
Examples: Damage to connectors, PCB guides, and pin boards, stuck probes (sinking into the socket), probe shape changes due to modifications of board specifications.
